目的 探讨含钍稀土混合粉尘对职业暴露人员血清细胞因子白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子以及血液学常规的影响。方法 采用放射免疫法分析血清细胞因子白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)活性;全自动血球分析仪分析血液学常规指标。数据进行组间比较,t检验判断两组差异是否具有统计学意义。 结果 血清白细胞介素2含量粉尘暴露组和非暴露组分别为(2.267±1.032)pg/ml和(4.608±1.411)pg/ml,白细胞介素6分别为(66.55±27.22)pg/ml和(124.3±56.32)pg/ml,粉尘暴露组低于正常参考值(试剂盒提供)和明显低于非暴露组;两组血清TNF活性分别为(0.96±0.33)ng/ml和(0.84±0.35)ng/ml,两组均在正常参考值范围,但粉尘暴露组明显高于对照组。14项血液学常规指标中有5项的阳性率两组之间差异有统计学意义。结论 长期暴露于含钍稀土混合粉尘对职业人员的免疫功能和血液系统可能产生一定影响。 |

Objective To study the effects of thorium and rare earth mixed dust on cytokines and haematological indexes of occupational personnel exposed to low dose radiation.Methods Serum IL-2, IL-6 and TNF were analysed by radioimmunoassay and haemocytological indexes were estimated by automatic blood corpuscle analysator.Results Serum IL-2 were (2.267±1.032) pg/ml and (4.608±1.411) pg/ml for exposure and non-exposure groups respectively; IL-6 were (66.55±27.22) pg/ml and (124.3±56.32) pg/ml respectively, showing that levels of IL-2 and IL-6 for exposure groups were lower than that of normal values and decreased than non-exposure groups. Activities of TNF were (0.96±0.33) ng/ml and (0.84±0.35) ng/ml, respectively.It was shown that TNF level of exposure group was obviously higher than that of non-exposure group, although no significant difference was found between two groups for normal reference values. Examination of 14 haematological indexes, among them, 5 indexes of exposure group showed significantly difference compared with those of non-exposure group. Conclusion Thorium and rare earth mixed dust might affect some immunological function and haematological indexes of occupational personnels chronically exposed to low dose radiation. |
