目的通过参加国际原子能机构(IAEA)和世界卫生组织(WHO)组织的二级标准剂量学实验室(SSDL)TLD国际比对,检查SSDL放疗水平剂量标准和国际标准的一致性。方法 SSDL对IAEA邮寄的TLD进行照射,并计算出其吸收剂量,然后将TLD及其计算结果寄往IAEA剂量学实验室,IAEA对其进行评价,给出比对的偏差。结果本次⁶⁰Co比对的偏差为-1.4%,高能X射线比对的偏差为-1.8%。结论按照IAEA要求,该项比对的最大允许偏差为±3.5%,所以这次比对结果是合格的。

英文摘要:

Objective To check the consistency of SSDL radiotherapy dose level standard and international standard, SSDL in our institute participated in TLD international intercomparision organized by IAEA/WHO. Methods SSDL irradiated the TLDs posted by IAEA and caculated the dose to be delivered to the TLDs, then returned the TLDs and results to IAEA dosimetry laboratory. IAEA gave the diviation of intercomparision. Results The deviation for ⁶⁰Co is -1.4%,and the deviation for high energy X rays is -1.8%. Conclusions The requirement of deviation between IAEA and SSDL should be no more than ±3.5%.Therefore the results of this intercomparison are considered satisfactory.
