      目的 估算使用前列腺增生治疗器人员(医生)职业照射的个人剂量上限和评价使用前列腺增生治疗器的辐射安全。方法 用辐射防护仪表测量前列腺增生治疗器周围的辐射剂量[定向剂量当量H′(d)和周围剂量当量H*(d)],调查医院前列腺增生治疗器临床试用情况和测量临床试用中的辐射剂量来估算医生的个人剂量上限。结果 患者治疗1疗程,医生个人剂量上限分别为6.0μSv(尿道型)和4.5μSv(直肠型)。结论 在正常条件下使用前列腺增生治疗器的辐射安全是有保障的。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the upper limit of individual dose to the people of occupational exposure(medical doctors) and appraise radiation safety on using prostate hyperplasia applicators. Methods The radiation dose(directional and ambient dose equivalent)around the source of the prostate hyperplasia had been determined with radiation protection instruments.According to inquired situation of clinical application of prostate hyperplasia applicators in hospitals and measured radiation dose in clinical probation period, the upper limit of individual dose of midical doctors had been evaluated as well. Results The upper limit of individual dose per person_course are 6.0 μSv for arethra_type and 4.5 μSv for rectum_type,respectively. Conclusions Under the normal conditions,the radiation safety can be ensured when operating the prostate hyperplasia applicators.
