目的 探讨稀土对受60Coγ射线照射小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 将昆明种小鼠40分为对照组及3个给药组,剂量分别为1、10和50mgkg体重,1个照射模型对照组,经灌胃给予不同剂量的柠檬酸镧和柠檬酸铈7d,一次性全身照射4Gy60Coγ射线后继续给药至第10 天,检测小鼠脾NK细胞活性和淋巴细胞转化。结果 柠檬酸铈的中剂量组NK细胞活性及中、高剂量组淋巴细胞增殖能力均明显高于对照组。柠檬酸镧给药组无明显作用。结论 柠檬酸铈在一定剂量条件下具有增强机体免疫功能的作用。 |

Objective To study the effects of rare earth on some immune functions in irradiated mice. Methods Mice were i.g.adminstered with lanthanum citrate and cerium citrate separately for 7 days and then irradiated whole_bodily once with 4 Gy 60Coγ_rays once.After irradiation the mice were continuously given lanthanum and cerium for 3 days. Then the mice were used to detect the activation of natural killer (NK) cells and the lymphocyte proliferation. Results The activation of NK cells in cerium citrate groups was significantly higher (P<0.05) than that of controls. The results showed that cerium citrate could increase considerably lymphocyte proliferation in 10 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg groups. No significant changes were found in lanthanum citrate groups. Conclusion Cerium citrate may be able to stimulate immune functions in mice. |
