目的 观察3.5Gyγ射线照射对小鼠骨髓蛋白质表达的影响,为阐明射线损伤骨髓细胞的分子机理提供理论和实验依据。方法 采用3.5Gy60Coγ射线全身一次性照射小鼠。利用蛋白质组织学技术分离、分析和鉴定小鼠骨髓细胞差异蛋白质。结果 3.5Gyγ射线可使小鼠骨髓细胞蛋白质18个上调,6个下调,这些蛋白质多与细胞的生长和分化有关。结论 γ射线影响骨髓蛋白质表达,并可能由此抑制骨髓的造血功能。 |

Objective To observe the effects of γ-rays on protein expression of mouse bone marrow,in order to provide theoretical and experimental basis for understanding the molecular mechanism of bone marrow injury caused by radiation. Methods Bone marrow injury models were established by irradiation with 3.5 Gy 60Co γ-rays.With proteomic technology,the proteins of bone marrow were isolated,analyzed and identified. Results Irradiation with 3.5 Gy γ-rays caused up-regulation of 18 kinds of bone marrow proteins in mice and down-regulation of 6 proteins,most of them being associated with growth and differentiation of cells. Conclusion Irradiation with 3.5 Gy γ-rays can affect protein expression of bone marrow and thus inhibit its hematopoiesis. |
