      目的 观察大鼠全腹照射后血清一氧化氮(NO)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)水平的变化及其与放射性肠道损伤的关系。方法 将30只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、照射对照组、IgY预防组,取血清测定NO及iNOS。结果 照射对照组NO及iNOS水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),是后者的3倍。IgY预防组NO及iNOS水平均明显低于照射对照组(P<0.01),稍高于正常对照组。NO与iNOS升高同步。结论 NO及iNOS能较好地反映放射性肠道损伤。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the changes of serum NO/NOS concentrations in rats after whole abdominal irradiation and their relationships with intestinal radiation injury. Methods Thirty health rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group,irradiation control group,and IgY protection group.The sera of rats were collected and the NO and iNOS were assayed. Results NO and iNOS levels increased evidently in the irradiation control group in contrast with those of the normal control group (P<0.01).NO and iNOS levels increased slightly in the IgY protection group in contrast with the irradiation control group(P<0.01) and were close to the levels of the normal control group.The changes of NO and NOS concentrations were synchronous. Conclusion NO and iNOS are good indices for detecting intestinal radiation injury.
