      目的 探讨儿童头颅CT扫描条件。方法 ①将病人按年龄划分为四个年龄段,每个年龄段选择90例病例,采用不同的mAs进行扫描,由3名放射科医生采用双盲法,对图像进行分析,分别统计甲、乙、丙片率,进行统计学处理。②测量不同mAs时的权重CT计量学指数。结果 ①每个年龄段的儿童随着mAs增加,图像质量提高,超过一定值后,继续增加mAs图像质量不再提高。②采用240mAs的吸收剂量比160mAs的吸收剂量大51.4%。结论 不同年龄的儿童应该选择合适的mAs进行扫描,可以有效地保护病人和保证图像质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the scan factor on CT of skull in children. Methods 1.The patients were divided into four sections age.There were 90 cases in every section.The scan was performed according to different mAs.At last,the three radial doctors was used Double-blind method to evaluate the image quality.2.The CT dosimetry index were measured for different mAs. Results 1.The quality of image increase following increase of mAs,but when a certain value was realized,increase of mAs couldn't further raise the quality of image.2.When the dose index with 240 mAs tube current exceeded 160 mAs by about 51.4%. Conclusion For different aged was adoped the children appropriate mAs should be selected for scan in order to protect the patients and guarantee the quality of image.
