      目的 为保证60Co放疗水平国家二级剂量标准剂量校准的准确可靠,笔者通过参加多项国际比对工作,检验了标准仪器的准确度和工作人员的技术水平。方法 参加国际比对工作的方法为3种:仪器现场比对,邮寄TLD比对和邮寄电离室比对。结果 笔者参加的3种国际比对结果都在比对的允许误差范围之内。结论 60Co和高能X射线放疗水平剂量标准量值能够和国际标准保持一致,剂量仪校准照射程序、校准和测试结果的处理是可信的。

      Objective To verify dosimetric accuracy and reliability of the secondary dosimetry standard for 60 Co radiotherapy level of our country; our SSDLs have participated different kinds of international dosimetry intercomparison organized by IAEA and WHO. Methods Intercomparison methods included on-site measurements, postal TLD and ionization chamber calibration factor through sending a calibrated ionization chamber. Results the results of three kinds of intercomparisons deviations were in agreement with the reference values within corresponding acceptable limits. Conclusion Our national secondary dosimetry standard for 60Co radiotherapy level is consistent with the international standard and the measuring procedures are reliable.
