目的 对上海“625”5名60Co源事故受照射者12年后的染色体畸变进行追踪观察,为辐射远后效应评价提供依据。方法 常规染色体畸变分析、G显带自动核型分析和1号全染色体探针标记FISH方法,检测非稳定性畸变(Cu)和稳定性畸变(Cs),并与照射后10年期的结果进行比较。结果 Cu畸变已基本丢失,残存的畸变以易位为主;Cs畸变与复杂易位均与受照射剂量和受照射年龄相关,并随照射后时间推移缓慢下降。结论 Cs畸变是评价辐射远后效应的较好指标,但需考虑年龄和时间对畸变造成的影响。 |

Objective A follow-up study of chromosome aberrations in 5 victims accidentally exposed to 60 Co-γ-rays 12 years ago was performed to give assessments of the late effect of radiation. Methods Conventional chromosome aberration, G-banding automatic karyotype analysis and WCP 1 FISH technique were used simultaneously. Results Unstable aberrations had been almost lost. Stable aberrations such as reciprocal translocations were observed predominately. The results of karyotype analysis and FISH were very approximate and contributed to the dose-response relationship. Conclusion Stable aberrations are fairly proper for assessment of the late effect of radiation although age and time factors should be considered. |
