目的 探讨超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对急性放射性口腔炎的临床价值。方法 90例首程放疗鼻咽癌病人随机分为3组:A组用自制的SOD药膜;B组用维斯克药液;C组不行任何治疗。所有病人均于第2周末开始观察、用药,直至放疗第6周末。结果 A组放射性口腔炎的发病率明显低于C组(P<0.05);A组放射性口腔炎的有效率明显高于C组(P<0.01)。结论 SOD对急性放射性口腔炎有明显预防及治疗作用。 |

Objective To evaluate the effect of superoxide dismutase(SOD) on stomatitis induced by radiation. Methods Altogether 90 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who accepted radiotherapy for the first time were randomized into 3 groups: group A-Application of the SOD drug made by our hospital; group B-Application of the drug “Weisike"; group C-The patients were untreated .All patients of groups A and B took the drugs two weeks after beginning of radiotherapy until the end of the sixth week. Results The rate of radiation stomatitis was obviously lower in group A than that in group C (PP<0.05), and the rate of healing was obviously higher (PP<0.01). Conclusion SOD is effective in prevention and treatment of radiation stomatitis. |
