      目的 观察放射损伤、烧伤及放烧复合伤腹腔灌洗液对骨髓体外造血的影响。方法 60Coγ射线全身照射12Gy、5kW溴钨灯致大鼠背部30%TBSAⅢ度烧伤。伤后3,12,24,48和72h无菌抽取腹腔灌洗液,按40μgml加入到骨髓红系、粒系培养体系中培养。结果 伤后3,12,24,48和72h,烧伤组和复合伤组的CFU-E、BFU-E和CFU-GM培养集落数均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且以伤后24h最高,烧伤组高达215.7%、202.3%和241.2%,复合伤组为188.1%、147.7%和204.6%。但当加入放射损伤大鼠腹腔灌洗液时,仅有很少的CFUE、BFUE和CFUGM集落生长。结论 烧伤与放烧复合伤后的腹腔灌洗液对骨髓红系、粒系造血均有明显的促进作用,照射组则显示明显的抑制作用。

      Objective To observe the effects of abdominal lavage fluid from rats with radiation injury, burn injury and combined radiation-burn injury on growth of hematopoietic progenitor cells. Methods Rats were irradiated with 12 Gy whole body 60Co γ rays and/or inflicted with 30% TBSA III degree burn with a 5 kW bromotungsten lamp.The abdominal lavage fluid from the animals was collected at 3 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h after injury, separately. Then each of the lavage fluid samples was added to the medium of cultured erythrocyte progenitor cells (CFU-E, BFU-E) or of cultured granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells (CFU-GM) at a final concentration of 40 μg/ml. Results The colony numbers of CFU-E, BFU-E and CFU-GM formed after addition of the lavage fluid from rats with burn injury or combined radiation-burn injury were significantly higher than those from normal rats at 3 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after injury and reached their peak values at 24 h after injury (215.7%, 202.3% and 241.2%, respectively from solely burned rats;188.1%, 147.7% and 204.6%, respectively from rats with combined radiation-burn injury as compared with that of normal rats).However, only few CFU-E, BFU-E or CFU-GM colonies were found after addition of the lavage fluid from solely irradiated rats. Conclusions The abdominal lavage fluid from rats with sole burn injury or combined radiation-burn injury promotes growth of erythrocyte and granulocyte progenitor cells.On the contrary, the lavage fluid from solely irradiated rats shows inhibiting effects.
