目的探讨放射性核素90Sr-90Y对良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织细胞增殖与凋亡的影响。方法采用DNA原位末端标记法和免疫组织化学法分别测定BPH组织和经放射性核素90Sr-90Y腔内照射后的BPH组织中细胞凋亡和Ki-67的表达情况。结果经90Sr-90Y腔内照射后的BPH组织中增殖指数(PI)较未照射组明显下降(P<0.01),而两者细胞凋亡指数(AI)相比差异无显着性(P>0.05).结论放射性核素90Sr-90Y腔内照射可抑制前列腺细胞增殖,未发现诱导细胞凋亡的证据。 |

Objective To investigate the effect of 90Sr-90Y on cell proliferation and apoptosis in benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The apoptosis and expression of Ki-67 in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) before and after irradiation 90Sr-90Y were detected by transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling (TUNEL) method and immunohistochemical technique, respectively. Results The proliferation index (PI) of BPH after 90Sr-90Y irradiation was much lower than that before irradiation, but there was no significant change in apoptosis index (AI). Conclusion Irradiation with 90Sr-90Y could restrain cell proliferation of BPH, but could not induce apoptosis. |
