目的观察血管生长抑制剂TNP-470与放射增敏剂MISO在放疗中联合应用治疗肿瘤的效果。方法以Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠模型比较TNP-470与增敏放疗联合的治疗方法与其他相应各对比治疗方法的差异。结果TNP-470与放射增敏剂MISO在放疗中联合应用的治疗效果要明显好于其他治疗方法。结论血管生长抑制剂TNP-470能够增强放射增敏剂MISO对放疗的增敏效果。 |

Objective To examine the combinative anti-tumor effect of angiogenesis inhibitor TNP-470 and radiosensitizer MISO in radiotherapy. Methods A 6-group in vivo experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of TNP-470 combining γ-irradiation with or without MISO in the C57 mice bearing Lewis lung cancer. Results TNP-470 combined with γ-irradiation and MISO showed the best therapeutic effectiveness in vivo. Conclusion Angiogenesis inhibitor TNP-470 could potentiate the efficacy of radiosensitizer in radiotherapy. |
