目的研究不同传能线密度(LET)的重离子12C6+对体外培养的人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721存活的影响,以研究人肝癌细胞对不同LET重离子的辐射敏感性。方法用克隆形成法研究细胞的存活情况。结果70keV/μm的细胞存活率为10%(Ds=0.1)和1%(Ds=0.01)时的吸收剂量分别为2.94Gy和5.88Gy;30keV/μm的Ds=0.1和Ds=0.01分别为4.00Gy和8.00Gy.结论70keV/μm比30keV/μm对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721有更大的细胞杀死效应。 |

Objective To investigate the survival fraction of a human liver cancer cell line SMMC-7721 following irradiation with carbon ions with different LET. Methods cells of the human liver cancer cell line SMMC-7721 were irradiated with carbon ions (LET=30 and 70 keV/μm).The survival fraction was determined with clonogenic assay after 9 days incubation in a 5% CO2= incubator at 37℃. Results The survival fractions of 70 keV/μm at Ds=0.1 and Ds=0.01 were 2 .94 and 5.88 Gy, and those of 30 keV/μm were 4 00 and 8.00 Gy at respectively. Conclusion For the SMMC-7721 cell line, 70 keV/μm is more effective for cell killing than 30 keV/μm. |
