| 目的 分析鼻咽癌患者放疗后发生鼻窦炎的影响因素。方法 采用Logistic回归方法回顾性分析鼻咽癌患者放疗后发生鼻窦炎的影响因素。结果 153例鼻咽癌放疗后患者中有66例发生了鼻窦炎。T分期较高、鼻腔有侵犯的患者鼻窦炎发生率较高(P=0.003;OR=1.983和P=0.024;OR=2.353).放疗中及放疗后有进行鼻咽冲洗处理的患者鼻窦炎发生率较低(P=0.000;OR=0.183).结论 对于鼻咽癌患者,特别是T分期较高、有鼻腔侵犯的患者,加强放疗中及放疗后鼻咽冲洗可减少鼻窦炎的发生,改善患者的生存质量。 |

| Objective To evaluate the risk factors of nasosinusitis after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods From January 1990 to December 2001, 153 NPC patients without nasosinusitis before radiotherapy were retrospectively analysed. Results Sixty-six patients suffered from nasosinusitis after radiotherapy.The rate of nasosinusitis in NPC patients with high T stage and nasal cavity infringement was higher than in others ( P=0.003, OR=1.983 and P=0.024, OR=2.353). Conclusions To reduce nasosinusitis after radiotherapy and improve patients quality of life, we suggest that nasopharyngeal cavity flush should be carried out during and after irradiation for NPC patients, especially for those with high T stage and nasal cavity infringement. |
