      目的 探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)对原代脐静脉内皮细胞放射损伤的保护作用。方法 采用HE染色及MTT法观察6Gy和12Gy辐射对内皮细胞形态及增殖活性的影响,同时观察VEGF对内皮细胞放射损伤的保护作用。结果 放射损伤组在细胞大小和形态方面发生明显改变,6Gy能引起内皮细胞增殖活性增强,而12Gy则导致活性下降;VEGF明显促进内皮细胞增殖,并能改善12Gy所引起的损伤。结论 VEGF可作为放射损伤的拮抗剂,在创面修复中具有很好的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor on irradiated primary human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).Methods HE staining and MTT method were employed to observe the effects of irradiation dose and VEGF on morphology and proliferation of EC.Results The results indicated that there were obvious changes in morphology of irradiated endothelial cells and a small dose (6 Gy) of radiation could enhance but a large dose (12 Gy) inhibit the activity of endothelial proliferation.VEGF was found to be evidently antagonistic against endothelial injury by irradiation of 12 Gy.Conclusion VEGF could be an antagonist to radiation injury with promising future in wound repair.
