      目的 研究神经生长因子对放创复合伤是否同时具有促进创面愈合和造血恢复的作用。方法 全身结合局部给药后,观察动物存活、局部创面愈合速度、修复细胞成分和血细胞的变化。结果 用药后,复合伤动物的存活率提高,外周血白细胞和骨髓有核细胞数明显增加;创面愈合速度加快,局部成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞数量明显增加。结论 神经生长因子对放射复合伤难愈创面具有良好的促愈效果,同时还表现出一定的抗放作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effects of nerve growth factor(NGF) isolated from human plancenta on the process of skin wound healing and hematopoietic recovery of mice after totalbody γ-irradiation.Methods Mice were irradiated with 5 Gy of γ-rays.Thirty minutes after irradiation,a circular skin excision with 2 cm in diameter was made on the back of the animal.NGF (50U/day) was administered intraperitoneally and also by topical application for five consecutive days.Survival rate of mice,peripheral white blood cell count,bone marrow nucleated cell count,residual area of wound,number of fibroblasts and capillary vessels in wound tissue were selected as parameters for study.Results NGF could increase survival rate,the number of peripheral white blood cells and bone marrow nucleated cells and could also promote skin healing and increase the numbers of fibroblasts and capillary vessels in the wound.Conclusion NGF could promote wound healing,hematopoietic recovery and survival rate of irradiated animals.This may have significance in basic research and clinical treatment of combined radiation injuries.
