      目的 研究高氡暴露地区居民肺癌组织中相关未知基因,探讨肺癌发生的机理。方法 应用mRNA差异显示方法从同一例肺癌和正常肺组织中选出有表达差异的基因片段,经反向Northern Blot杂交,将肺癌组织表达呈阳性的片段而正常肺组织呈阴性的片段进行克隆测序。结果 7条差异片段经克隆测序后发现,其中NA7与GenbankEST中的AI208667序列同源性达95%以上,NG2与5条基因序列同源性高达98%,而CA1可能是一个新的差异基因片段。结论 从高氡暴露地区居民肺癌和正常组织中获得3条可能与肿瘤相关的基因片段。
英文摘要:
      Objective To search for the related genes in lung cancer tissues associated with residential radon exposure.Methods Gene fragments expressed differentially in lung cancer and normal lung tissues were discovered by differential display method.Then reverse Northern Blot hybridization,the positive reaction fragments in lung cancer and negative fragments in normal lung tissue were determined.Results One of 7 targeted sequences coded NA7 had up to 95% of homology with AI208667 in EST of Genbank,second one NG2 had up to 98% of homology with five fragment sequences.The remained one CA1 may be a new gene fragment.Conclusion 3 gene fragments were discovered from lung cancer and normal tissue of high radon exposure resident.
