      目的 研究不同剂量X射线全身照射对小鼠派伊氏板细胞凋亡的影响及作用机理。方法 采用反转录PCR法检测了派伊氏板细胞Bcl-2转录水平的变化,并用琼脂糖凝胶电泳、流式细胞术检测了不同剂量X射线全身照射后小鼠派伊氏板细胞DNA及凋亡小体的改变。结果 2GyX射线全身照射使派伊氏板细胞凋亡增多,Bcl-2转录水平表达下降;而75mGy X射线全身照射使派伊氏板细胞凋亡减少,同时Bcl-2转录水平表达升高。结论 Bcl-2参与了辐射诱导小鼠派伊氏板细胞凋亡的基本调控。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the effect of whole body irradiation (WBI) with different doses of X-rays on apoptosis in cells of mouse Peyers patches and its molecular mechanism. Methods RT-PCRwas used to detect the changes of Bcl-2 transcription level.Agarose electrophoresis and flow cytometry were used to detect the changes of DNAand apoptotic bodies in Peyers patches after WBIwith different doses of X-rays. Results The apoptotic was increased and Bcl-2 transcription level was decreased in Peyers patches after 2 Gy X-rays.The apoptotic rate was decreased and Bcl-2 transcription level was increased in Peyers patches after 75 mGy X-rays. Conclusion Bcl-2 participates in the regulation of radiation-induced apoptosis in Peyer's patches.
