      目的 探讨低剂量辐射对小鼠种植肿瘤的生长及红细胞免疫、SOD活性的影响.方法 昆明种雄性小鼠右后肢腹股沟皮下接种S180肉瘤细胞,接种前6hX射线全身照射75mGy,照射后5d观察肿瘤发生率,隔日测量肿瘤体积,绘成生长曲线.15d后杀鼠,测量肿瘤重量,病理切片观察肿瘤坏死面积、肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞.同时检测荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能、SOD活性变化.结果 与直接荷瘤组相比,低剂量照射组肿瘤发生率明显降低(P<001),肿瘤坏死面积、肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞增多.低剂量组红细胞免疫功能、SOD活性明显高于直接荷瘤组(P<005).结论 低剂量辐射可明显提高机体抗肿瘤的作用,提高红细胞免疫功能及SOD活性,可能具有肿瘤治疗的潜在临床意义.

      Objective To study the effect of low dose radiation on tumor growth and changes of erythrocyte immune function and activity of SODin the tumor bearing mice. Methods Kunming strain male mice were implanted with S180 sarcoma cells in the right inguen subcutaneously as an experimental in situ animal model.Six hours before implantaion the mice were given 75 mGy whole body Xray irradiation and tumor formation rate was counted 5 days late.From then,every two days the tumor volume was measured to draw a tumor growth curve.Fifteen days later,all mice were killed to measure the tumor weight,observe the necrosis area and the tumor infiltration lymphoreticular cells(TIL) in the tumor pathologically.At the same time,erythrocyte immune function and activity of SODwere tested. Results (1)The mice pre exposed to low dose radiation had a lower tumor formation rate than those without a pre exposed( P<0.05 ).(2)The tumor growth slowed down significantly in mice receiving a low does irradiation;The average tumor weight in mice receiving a low dose irradiation was lighter too( P< 0.05).(3)The tumor necrosis areas were larger and TILs were more in the irradiation group than those of the control growp.(4)The erythrocyte immune function and activity of SODin the irradiation group were all higher significantly than those of the control group( P <005). Conclusion Low dose radiation could markedly increase anti tumor ability of the organism and improve the erythrocyte immune function and activity of SODin red cells,suggesting it could be useful in clinical cancer treatment.
