目的 研究同步辐射产生的Ck软X射线(Eck=0.28 keV)对质粒pBKCMVDNA的辐照生物效应.方法 以60Coγ射线为对照,把质粒pBKCMVDNA放在特别设计的样品室中,以含水的溶液状态均匀接受Ck软X射线辐射,然后将其转化入大肠杆菌XL1-Blue中,分别以突变率与存活率为指示,观察Ck软X射线对质粒pBK-CMV DNA的辐射诱导突变作用及对其转化活性的影响.结果 Ck软X射线降低质粒pB-KCMV DNA转化活性的能力约是60Coγ射线的4倍(D37),对质粒pBK-CMV DNA的诱变作用约是60Coγ射线的1.5~2倍.结论 与60Coγ射线相比,Ck软X射线具有高效的生物效应. |

Objective To study the radiation effects of synchrotron-produced 0.28 keVcarbon Ksoft X-ray on the plasmid pBK-CMV DNA with 60Co γ ray as reference radiation. Methods By using a special designed sample chamber,plasmid pBK-CMV DNA was exposured to Ck soft X-ray in water solution,and then transformed into the E.coli XL1-Blue.The changes of average biological survival rates and mutation frequency were in vestigated as the endpoints to study the radiation effects of Ck soft X-ray on the plasmid pBK-CMV DNA. Results Compared with 60Co-γ ray,Ck soft X-ray decrease the average biological survival rates of plasmid pBK-CMV DNAby four times and increase the mutation frequency by 1.5 times-2 times. Conclusion the biological effects of Ck soft X-ray is more effective than that of 60Co-γ ray. |
