目的 探讨低剂量丝裂霉素C(MMC)辅助放疗的可能性。方法 大体测量荷瘤小鼠肿瘤变化,并用放免分析方法测定小鼠免疫功能。结果 预先使用低剂量MMC使肿瘤缩小幅度较单纯放疗明显。放疗前12h给予低剂量MMC,免疫功能明显高于单纯放疗组(P<0.05),并接近单纯荷瘤组。结论 预先使用低剂量MMC可提高放疗疗效,并且明显改善放疗引起的荷瘤机体免疫功能低下。其机理可能与荷瘤机体免疫力的提高,并诱导机体产生的适应性反应有关。 |

Objective To evaluate the possibility of low dose mitomycin C(MMC)as an adjuanct therapy for radiotherapy. Methods Change in tumor size tumor bearing mice was measured.Radioimmunoassay was used to determine immune function of mice. Results Low dose MMC’s pretreatment reduced tumor size more markedly than did radiotherapy only.The immune function in mice given with low dose MMC 12h before radiotherapy was obviously higher than that in mice subjected to radiotheraphy only(P<0.05),and was close to that in the tumor bearing mice before radiotherapy. Conclusion Low dose MMC could improve the radiotherapy effect.Pretreatment with low dose MMC could obviously improve the immune suppression state in mice caused by radiotherapy.The mechanism of its improvement of radiotherapeutic effect by low dose of MMC might be due to its enhancement of immune function and induction of adaptive response in tumor bearing mice. |
