      目的 观察75mGy、20GyX射线全身照射后不同时间, 小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞NO产生的时程变化及不同剂量照射后24h时NO、iNOS的含量变化。方法 分光光度法及免疫组织化学方法。结果 iNOS和NO的产生与剂量呈正相关。20Gy照射后, NO从6h到48h随时间推移产生量逐渐增加, 48h达峰值, 为对照的38倍, 而后回降。结论 电离辐射可刺激巨噬细胞合成iNOS及产生NO。
英文摘要:
      Objective To disclose the changes of nitric oxide (NO) in murine peritoneal macrophages at different time intervals after whole body irradiation (WBI) with 75 mGy and 2.0 Gy X-rays and the changes of NOand induced nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)24 hours after WBIwith 0.05-6.0 Gy X-rays. Methods Immunohistochemistry and spectophotometry were used. Results The expression of iNOSand the production of NOincreased in a dose-dependent manner after irradiation.The production of NOincreased from 6h to 48h and reached its peak at 48h, which was 3.8-fold of sham-irradiated controls. Conclusion Ionizing radiation stimulates expression of iNOSand production of NOin peritoneal macrophages of mice.
