      目的 探讨猴头菇多糖对受6.25~8.5Gyγ射线照射小鼠的辐射防护作用。方法 给药组小鼠分别于照射前或照射后1小时于腹腔内注射猴头菇多糖生理盐水溶液,一次给药,剂量为30mg或15mg,观察动物的30天存活情况及骨髓DNA含量。结果 给药组的30天存活率比对照组提高35%~97.5%,骨髓DNA含量比对照组明显增加,差异均有非常显着性(P<0.01).结论 猴头菇多糖对受照小鼠有明显的辐射防护作用,值得进一步研究。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the antiradiation effect of hericium erinaceus polysaccharide on irradiated mice. Methods 520 female mice were randomized to several groups and exposed to 6.25~8.5 Gy whole-body γ-rays.The hericium erinaceus polysaccharide was injected i.p before or after irradiation.The 30-day survival rate of mice was determined, and DNA content of bone marrow was observed as well at seventh day after irradiation. Results It was showed that the 30-day survival rate and DNA content of bone marrow were all significantly higher in 30 mg or 15 mg hericium erinaceus polysaccharide treated groups than those in the corresponding irradiated controls( P <0.01).The 30-day survival rate increased from 35% to 97.5%. Conclusion The hericium erinaceus polysaccharide has marked antiradiation effect. Further investigation is worthwhile.
