      目的 对放射性核素235U内照射诱发Molt-4和Ana-1细胞的死亡形式进行研究。方法 通过形态学、琼脂糖电泳、MTT和JAM实验对核素诱发的细胞死亡进行了定性及定量分析。结果 放射性核素235U诱发的细胞死亡具有典型的细胞凋亡形态学特征,且细胞凋亡的程度及DNA链断裂量与235U作用的时间和内照射的累积吸收剂量有关。结论 放射性核素235U内照射可诱发细胞凋亡。

      Objective The mode of cell death in Molt-4 and Ana-1 cell lines were studied after treatment with radionuclide 235U. Methods The morphological changes, agarose gel electrophoresis, MTT and JAM assays were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Result Dying cells induced by 235U displayed the morphological changes of apoptosis.Apoptotic cells and DNA fragmentation induced by 235U in both Molt-4 and Ana-1 cell lines were dependent on the treatment time and accumulated radiation dose.Conclusion Internal exposure with radionuclide 235U induces apoptosis in Molt-4 and Ana-1 cell lines.
