| 目的 比较2.14MeV中子对180kVX射线和60Co γ射线诱发微核的效应。方法 用不同剂量快中子、X射线和γ射线照射离体人血, 观察双核淋巴细胞微核, 求出快中子对X和γ射线的相对生物效能。结果 2.14MeV中子对180kVX射线和60Co γ射线的相对生物效能在1~3Gy范围内, 随剂量增加而降低, 平均分别为3.88和4.50.结论 2.14MeV中子具有较高的生物效应 |

| Objective To compare the effectiveness of 2.14MeV neutrons versus 180kV X-rays and 60Co γ rays in producing micronuclei in human lymphocytes.Methods Heparinized whole blood samples were exposed to fast neutrons, X-rays and 60Co γ rays, respectively.Micronuclei in binuclear lymphocytes(CB method)were scored.Relative biological effectiveness (RBE) values were derived.Results RBE values of 2.14MeV neutrons ranging from 1 to 3 Gy decreased with increasing dose.They averaged 3.88(Dx/Dn) and 4.50(Dγ/Dn), respectively.Conclusion 2.14MeV neutrons have higher biological effectiveness in inducing micronuclei. |
