目的 为探讨TGF-β1在放射性间质性肺炎中的意义和作用, 揭示其发病机理。方法 雄性Wistar大鼠48只分对照和照射组用60Coγ射线照射, 吸收剂量30Gy,于照后不同时间活杀, 取肺组织做常规病理观察和原位杂交。结果 照射组大鼠肺组织TGF-β1和正常对照组比较表达增高, 且以照射后3~6个月(纤维增生期)显着。结论 TGF-β1可能参与了放射性间质性肺炎的发生发展。 |

Objective In order to study the role and significance of transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)mRNA in radiation interstitial pneumonitis (RIP),and explore the mechanism of RIP,the authors observed TGF-β1 mRNA expression in the rat lungs.Method Male Wistar rats were divided into two groups:the control and the irradiation group.The latter received thoracic irradiation of 30Gy.At 0.5,1,2,3,6 and 12 months after irradiation,rats were killed.Lung pathologic changes and expression of TGF-β1 mRNA were observed using in situ hybridization technique.Results Expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in the irradiated lungs increased,compared with that in the control group,particularly in fibrous proliferative phase(3—6 months after irradiation).Conclusion TGF-β1 is related to the development of RIP. |
