      目的 随访“6·25”60Co源辐射事故造成的ARS5例5.5年各内分泌腺体的功能改变。方法 主要用放射免疫法测定激素水平。结果 急性期血睾酮明显减少、血TT3减少、血皮质醇可能因受地塞米松抑制而减少、血垂体激素(如ACTH等)也因照射而减少, 而血雌二醇、PRL、LH、FSH等一度明显升高。至后期不同程度地逐渐恢复, 并逐渐趋于平稳或趋于降低。肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统反应活跃, 一般以偏高居多。结论 照射后各内分泌腺体功能改变较大, 但至5.5年, 除睾酮偏低, RAA系统反应活跃外, 多已恢复正常。

      Objective The functional changes of endocrine glands in five cases of acute radiation sickness(ARS) were observed up to five and a half years after60Co radiation accident. Methods Determinations of hormones were carried out by radioimmunoassay. Results The serum testosterone and total triiodothyronine levels were reduced significantly and plasma cortisol also decreased may be caused by the inhibition of administered dexamethasone.The radiation on the putuitary caused the decrease of pituitary hormones (ACTH, etc).But serum estradiol prolactin LH and FSH levels once elevated significantly.All these changes recovered gradually later to different extent.But the renin angiotensin aldosterone system had a very active, mainly hyperactivating, response. Conclusion Radiation had a siginificant effect on endocrine glands, but most of its changes were recovered five and a half years later, except the slight decrease of serum testosterone and hyperactivity of RAA axis.
