| 目的 通过对1990年上海发生的“6.25”60Co源辐射事故所致的5名骨髓型急性放射病患者系统随访观察, 探讨电离辐射引起的远后效应及其性质程度和与剂量的关系等。方法 持续6年对患者进行临床表现、造血功能、染色体畸变、免疫功能、神经系统、内分泌功能、生殖功能及眼晶体等检查和HPRT基因突变及某些癌基因检测。结果 发现患者在上述诸方面仍存在不同程度辐射损伤, 部分损伤程度与受照剂量有关。结论 本组患者的研究结果, 不仅为患者的医疗保健提供了依据, 而且为人的骨髓型急性放射病远后效应研究提供了可靠信息和积累宝贵资料。 |

| Objective This article summarizes the six years' observation and follow up of the five cases of bone marrow form of acute radiation sickness (2 of severe degree and 3 of moderate degree) who survived from Shanghai 60Co radiation accident in order to inquire into the delayed consequences of radiation, and its relationship to the irradiation dose.Methods Systematic observations of clinical manifestations, hematopoietic function, chromosomal aberrations, immunologic neurological, endocrinological, reproductive functions, eye examination, asssay of HPRT gene mutation and detection of oncogenes were performed in the past six years.Results Varying degrees of radiation lesions in the above aspects were found in these patients.Some of the lesions were related to the irradiation dose.Conclusion These results provide not only scientific basis for patients' medical treatment and health care, but also reliable information for further study of the delayed consequences of bone marrow form of acute radiation sickness and accumulate a lot of data. |
