      巨噬细胞在创伤愈合中起重要的作用。本实验以大鼠背部置入聚乙烯醇海绵的切口为模型, 研究了60Coγ射线6Gy全身照射后伤口巨噬细胞功能的变化和苯妥因钠的影响。结果表明在照射后3, 5, 8天的伤口不但巨噬细胞数明显下降, 而且巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、TNFα和IL-1的释放都明显下降, 而苯妥因钠对正常伤口和照射后的伤口的巨噬细胞数量及其功能都有明显的提高。说明了创伤愈合早期伤口巨噬细胞数量和功能的下降是照射造成愈合延迟的重要原因之一;苯妥因钠促进创伤愈合的作用与其提高巨噬细胞数量和功能有关。
英文摘要:
      Macrophages play an important role in wound healing, The effect of 6Gy whole-body irradiation on wound macrophages and the role of phenytoin sodium were studied by making an incision on rat dorsum, into which polyvinyl alcohol sponges were implanted.It was found that after irradiation the phagocytic function of wound macrophages, the release of tumor necrosis factor (TNFα) and interleukin-1(IL-1) from wound macrophages, as well as the number of macrophages in wound were significantly decreased on days 3,5and 8 after wounding.Phenytoin sodium significantly increased the number of wound macrophages, improved the phagocytic function of macrophages and promoted release of TNFα and IL-1 from wound macrophages on days 3, 5 and 8 after wounding, no matter whether rats were irradiated or not.The results indicated that the important mechanism of impairing wound healing by whole-body irradiation was that the number and function of wound macrophages were decreased in early stage of wound healing.The role of phenytoin sodium in wound healing was increasing the number of wound macrophages and improving their function.
