| 以C57BL/6J小鼠Lewis肺癌实体瘤为研究对象, 通过单纯照射、加温、顺铂(PDD)以及这三种实验方法的不同组合, 观察小鼠体重变化、肿瘤生长体积、足皮肤反应和干性坏死情况、病理学检查。结果表明：照射+加温+PDD组效果最好、其次是照射+加温组；单纯加温和PDD3.5mg/kg组效果差, 肿瘤抑制率分别是91.6%、80.4%、33.7%和29.9%. |

| We performed an experiment to study the effect of irradiation, hyperthermia and chemotherapy,alone or in different combinations,on weight,tumor volume,skin response and histological change of mice in order to find the best methed for treating Lewis tumor.We used 9 Mev electron beam irradiation in single doses of 6.8 and 10Gy, hyperthermia treatment at 43℃ for 30 minutes and intraperitoneal in jection of platinum diaminodichloride at 3.5mg/kg.The results showed that the effect of treatment ranked in the following order:irradiation combined with hyperthermia and chemotherapy>irradiation plus hyperthermia>chemotherapy or hyperthermia alone.The tumor regression rates were 91.6%,80.4%,29.9% and 33.7%,respectively (P<0.01). |
