      观察了重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)对屏蔽全骨盆后6.5Gy60Coγ射线照射狗的治疗作用。结果表明, rhG-CSF可使急性放射病狗造血恢复明显提前, 恢复速度加快。

      The stimulative effects of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)on haematopoietic regeneration were studied in dogs receiving an uneven γ-irradiation with the pelvis shielded at a dose of 6.5Gy.In the treated dogs, intravenous administration of rhG-CSF at 5 or 10μg/kg per day for 16 to 20 days caused significant increases of peripheral blood leucocytes, neutrophils, reticulocytes, and platelets.The nucleated cell and CFU-GM cornts of bone marrow also showed an obvious rise, while the hemoglobin level did not significantly change during the course of treatment.In the irradiated dogs treated with rhG-CSF, the severity of neutropenia decreased, and its duration shortened.
