      60Coγ射线照射体外培养的小鼠3T3成纤维细胞后3天内,发现细胞内Ⅲ型胶原的含量明显增多,且随时间的延长而增加。其中以10Gy照射时增多39.5%,以50Gy照射时增多1倍,30Gy照射后变化最明显,约2倍。电镜观察照射前后成纤维细胞超微结构的变化,发现其呈蛋白合成旺盛像,且量效关系与Ⅲ型胶原的变化规律基本一致。这为照射后3T3成纤维细胞内Ⅲ型胶原含量的增多提供了结构依据。
英文摘要:
      Some organs or tissues often develop fibrosis after irradiation.In order to observe the role of fibroblasts in the process of radiation fibrosis,cultured Swiss 3T3 cells were used as a model system to examine the effects of γ-rays on the synthesis of type Ⅲcollagen.The cells were irradiated with different doses of γ-rays( 0-50Gy)or with a constant dose(30Gy)at different time intervals (1, 2, 3 day).The results show that radiation could increase the collagen synthesis(about 1.5~3 times) and the longer intervals were,the more collagen was synthesized. Ultrastructural examination of fibroblasts showed that the quantity of both ribosome and rough endoplasmic reticulum all increased markedly after irradiation. The content of collagen increased and the secretion of collagen-fibrils from fibroblasts were often observed, supporting the results mentioned above in morphology.
