      作者采用3H-TdR释放实验,观察了低剂量γ射线照射对LAK细胞体外杀伤肿瘤靶细胞的影响。来自健康献血员的外周血淋巴细胞,用重组白介素2培养96小时获取LAK效应细胞,在细胞培养的不同时期(分别为24,48,72小时)给予培养中的细胞一次不同剂量(分别为0.66,1.31,2.62,5.24mGy)的γ射线照射。实验显示低剂量照射能够提高LAK细胞体外杀伤肿瘤靶细胞的细胞毒活性,细胞培养72小时给予照射的实验组细胞毒活性提高最为显着,与对照组相比有统计学差异。基于本实验结果,我们认为低剂量照射对LAK细胞的杀伤活性具有辐射刺激作用。
英文摘要:
      Using a 3H-TdR release assay,the effect of low dose gammaray irradiation on cytotoxicity of LAK cells against target tumor cells in vitro was observed.Peripheral blood lymphocytes from healthy blood donors were cultured with rIL-2 for 96h to obtain LAK effector cells. LAK cells with different culture times(24, 48, 72h)were exposed to various single dose gamma-ray irradiation (0.66, 1.31, 2.62, 5.24mGy) .This experiment demonstrated that low dose gamma-ray irradiation was able to enhance cytotoxic activity of LAK cells, and the most obvious enhancement of cytotoxicity was noted in the 72h experimental group.There were statistically significant differences between the experimental groups and the control group. The results suggest that there possibly exist hormetic effects of low dose irradiation on LAK cell cytotoxicity.
