      本文作者以小鼠为实验材料探讨生殖细胞及胚胎阶段适应性反应规律及其对子代的影响。结果表明:50mGyX射线单次照射小鼠生殖细胞可降低相继大剂量辐射诱导显性致死发生率,亚急性(50mGy×4)和慢性照射雄性小鼠生殖细胞可产生明显的细胞遣传适应性反应;但对子代生殖细胞,骨髓细胞和DNA损伤(UDS)无明显影响,说明,低剂量辐射在生殖细胞诱导的适应性反应不能传递给子代个体,与生殖细胞阶段不同,低剂量慢性照射小鼠胚胎可使成熟小鼠对电离辐射诱发染色体畸变具有明显的抗性。
英文摘要:
      The characteristics of the adaptive response induced by radiationin mouse germ cells or embryos were studied. The results showed that single irradiation of mouse germ cells with 50mGy X-rays could reduce the dominant lethality caused by a subsequent large dose. In male mouse germ cells, subacute irradiation with X-rays (50mGy×4) or chronic irradiation with γ-rays (accumulated doses of 1.10Gy) also induced a significant cytogeuetic adaptive response, but this response had no influence on the chromosome damage in offspring germ cells, bone marrow cells and DNA repair (UDS) in offspring splenic cells.These results indicate that the adaptive response induced by low dose irradiation in germ cells could not be transferred to descendants.Contrary to the case of germ cells,chronic irradiation of mouse embryos with low dose γ-rays could make the mature mouse offspring show a significant resistance to chromosome damage induced by ionizing radiation.
