| 本研究采用图像分析技术,分别观察60Coγ射线和238Puα粒子辐射诱发人胚肺和大鼠肺成纤维细胞转化的细胞和细胞核形态计量学参数的变化及其与照射剂量间的定量关系。结果表明,两种类型的电离辐射诱发细胞转化的生物学特性及细胞形态计量学参数的变化基本相似。细胞及细胞核的面积、等效直径和核浆比等随照射剂量增加而增大,可采用线性平方模型表达：E=a+bD+cD2.这些参数值的变化还与转化后细胞代龄有关。 |

| The morphometric changes in transformed cells and nuclei of human embryo lung cells or Wistar rat lung fibroblasts in vitro post irradiation with 60Co gamma rays or 238Pu alpha particles was observed by image analysis system and their dose-responsa relation were studied.The results showed that the biological characteristics and changes of morphometric parameters in transformed cells induced by two types of radiation were basically similar.The parametets of area,equivalent diameter in cells or nuclei and ratio of nucleus to plasma increased with increasing radiation dose.It was expressed by model of linear square:E=a+bD+cD2.These parameters were not only related to radiation doses,but also dependent on the number of cell passaaes after transformation. |
