      为了研究放射增敏药甘氨双唑钠对正常组织有无放射增敏作用,作者用体外和体内给药两种途径观察了该药对受照小鼠骨髓造血组织CFU-GM和CFU-S的影响。结果表明,连续用药1个月(0~1000mg/kg.每周两次)未观察到对CFU一GM和CFU-S的抑制作用。连续两周给药的小鼠照射0~6Gy后CFU-S和CFU-GM的剂量活存曲线与单独照射相比无显着的统计学差异,提示CMNa对放射敏感的造血细胞无增敏作用。
英文摘要:
      The radiosensitizing effect of a new radiosensitizer,metronidazoleamino acid sodium(CMNa),on hemopoietic cells of mouse bone marrow was studied by counting the numbers of colony forming units of granulocytes and macrophages(CFU-GM ) and of spleen(CFU-S) in vivo or in vitro.The results showed that there was no inhibition on formation of CFU-GM and CFU-S when the CMNa was administered at the dosage of 0-1 000mg/kg(ip,twice a week,for 4 weeks).Under our irradiation conditions(0-6 Gy),the forming rate of CF U-GM was not statistically significantly different between irradiation group and irradiation plus CMNa group(200 mg/kg,ip,twice a week for two weeks).These results suggest that CMNa does not induce more radiosensitivity to hemopoietic cells.
