本文作者采用人精子与去透明带金黄地鼠卵离体受精,继续培养异合卵至第一次卵裂获得人精子染色体标本的新技术,对两例在60Coγ射线辐射事故中全身受照男性照后6(7)年138个精于和6例正常男性240个精子染色体核型进行分析,直接观察健康人全身受60Coγ射线照射后,精子发生的远期效应,研究结果表明:①电离辐射对人精子的远期遗传学效应的靶细胞是生殖干细胞;②受损生殖干细胞来源的精子,其染色体畸变率显着增高,结构畸变类型主要是末端缺失,其次为易位、双着丝粒体、四射体等;③这些异常精子的受精能力没有受到可检出的影响:④Y-精子与X-精子的比例较对照组明显增高。 |

Chromosomal complements of 138 spermatozoa from two individuals exposed to whole-body 60Co irradiation six and seven years ago and 240 spermatozoa from six healthy men were analyzed. All the chromosomal complements were obtained by interspecific fertilization between human spermatozoa and zona-free hamster oocytes in vitro. The results were as follows: (1) Late genetic effect of radiation in human spermatozoa indicated that the target cells were spermatogonia.(2) A higher frequency of chromosome abnormalities was detected in spermatozoa stemming from injured spermatogonia. Most of the structural abnormalities of chromosome observed in this study were acentric fragment, break, translocation,dicentric, quadriradial, ring chromosome and deletion. (3) The chromosomal abnormalities caused no observable difference in sperm fertilization ability. (4)The proportion of Y-sperm to X-sperm was 1.6∶1 which was significantly higher than that in control. |
