      本文报道了雄性, 10周龄LACA系小鼠, 以60Coγ线每天连续照射22小时, 共1Gy, 累积剂量为10~30Gy.停止照射后定期活杀动物.观察辐射敏感组织的修复具有三种类型:(1)边照射边修复型: 小肠, (2)停照后修复型t造血及淋巴组织;(3)停照后继续破坏型:睾丸。文中对各辐射敏感器官表现为不同修复类型的原因进行了讨论。

      LACA mice were whole-body irradiated with 1 Gy continuous γ-irradiation for 22 hours daily.Animals were divided into groups according to different cumulative doses of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 Gy, and were sacrificed at different time pertodds after the termination of irradiation when the above doses were reached.Radiosensi-tive organs were studied by determination Of quantnative indices ando microscopic examination of histopathotogicaI sections. Three types of repair of radiation damages were found in radiosensitive organs, I.E.(1)full repair during irradia-tion ifi small intestines, (2)repair only after cessation of irradiation in hemopoietic and lymphoid tissuse, and (3)continuing damage even after cessation of irradiation in testes.
