| 家兔受60Coγ线全身照射时, 屏蔽9～15%的红骨髓显著地提高了受照射动物外周血的白细胞水平, 促进了其它部位骨髓的恢复, 同时大大地提高了动物的活存率。屏蔽红骨髓的量减少至2%, 效果仍然是明显的。屏蔽骨髓发挥有效作用的时间主要是在照射后早期, 保留屏蔽骨髓3天再加以破坏, 已不影响动物的活存。 |

| Shielding 9-15% of the bone marrow in Y.Irradiated rabbits increased the level of blood leucocytes of irradiated animals, prorooted the recovery of irradiated bone marrow and raised the survival rate.Decreasing the amount of shielded bone mlLTrow to 2%, the effects Were still notable. The protective effeet of shlelded bone marrow was manifest mainly within the early period after irradiation.Three days after the initial irradiation, destroying the shielded bone marrow by irradiation for the second time could not affect the survival rate. |
