辐射诱发LACA小鼠粒细胞白血病脾细胞悬液给同系青年小鼠尾静脉注射,建立可移植性LACA小鼠粒细胞白血病瘤抹。经过连续50代传代,此瘤株逐渐趋向稳定,生长迅速,更加恶化。潜伏期为11.3±4.1天。平均成活率78.5%。外周血白细胞平均为22402±12360,白血病细胞过氧化酶反应阳性。肝、脾、骨髓、淋巴结和肾脏等器官白血病细胞弥漫性浸润。骨髓细胞染色众数90%以上为亚二倍体,C带证实94%白血病细胞发生Y染色体丢失。 |

Suspensions of spleen cells from LACA mice with radiation-induced myelocytic leukemia were given intravenously to mice of the same strain.and transplantable myelocytic leukemia was established.Gradually.the tumor cell lines became sta ble.grew rapidly and obtained greater malignancy through 50 serial passages.The latent period was shortened from 1~2 months at the beginning to 1~2 weeks recently.With an average of 11.31±4.1 days.The incidence of transplanted myelocytic leukemia averaged 78.5 per cent.The average number of white cells in peripheral blood was 22.420±12.360/mm3.They were positive to the peroxidase reaction. More than 90 per cent of the chromosomes of leukemic cells were hypodiploid.And 94 per cent of the leukemic cells were deprived of Y chromosomes. Now.we are able to transplant the leukemic lines in LACA mice without any pretreatment. |
